A Prophet Is Without Honor In His Own Town, And Usually The Whole World

I Came Across This Post On John The Baptist T.V. And wow, Leonard Ravenhill, one and the same as David Wilkerson was, I was spoken to in might and power, I can relate 100% to this post and maybe some of you can as well. It can be to any remnant one, any true watchmen, anyone with a word that is truth and you are rejected, laughed at, scorned, persecuted, put down and the like. My ministry the lord has given me is a lonely one. My own family wants nothing to do with me; I am the local dooms day prophet. I almost never get any comments on this site, I have few people signed up as followers, but the lord said, if you were giving a mans word they would flock to you, the fact they do not is evidence your serving me. Many times, I wanted to give up and call online ministry a no go. I still do from time to time.

Where I live is void of the spirit,(not our home, the town) it is as barren as the desert I live in. The whole area is like this. I understand its all a bought the lord , not me, he foretold me in 2010 I would literally stand alone and to date, I have, I was warned. Yet still I said  Hear am I send me. The word of the lord is like fire in my bones. I have been told to feed the sheep, but part of feeding the sheep and the remnant is still times of hard words and conviction. No need for warning that is done. But to declare what I hear in the throne room and to speak conviction when needed as we read in the N.T. a lot of conviction. Pray for me that I may be faithful in my duty to preach, teach the word of the lord and not hold back anything, controversial or not.

At the end I also came across a video that is fitting for this post, Wake Up Church in black and white, with different graphics, real different and what a gem, same word, but worth a watch. I saw it a while ago, but only just recently was it posted on you Tube with html code, so I could put it on this site.

May this speak to the remnant esp. those watchmen and Prophets, you will be able to relate, if you have the REAL DEAL.

-by Leonard Ravenhill.

The prophet in his day is fully accepted of God and totally rejected by men.

Years back, Dr. Gregory Mantle was right when he said, “No man
can be fully accepted until he is totally rejected.” The prophet of
the Lord is aware of both these experiences. They are his “brand name.”

The group, challenged by the prophet because they are smug and
comfortably insulated from a perishing world in their warm but
untested theology, is not likely to vote him “Man of the year” when
he refers to them as habituates of the synagogue of Satan!

The prophet comes to set up that which is upset. His work is to
call into line those who are out of line! He is unpopular because he
opposes the popular in morality and spirituality. In a day of faceless
politicians and voiceless preachers, there is not a more urgent
national need than that we cry to God for a prophet! The function
of the prophet, as Austin-Sparks once said, “has almost always
been that of recovery.”

The prophet is God’s detective seeking for a lost treasure. The
degree of his effectiveness is determined by his measure of
unpopularity. Compromise is not known to him.

He has no price tags.

He is totally ‘otherworldly.’

He is unquestionably controversial and unpardonably hostile.

He marches to another drummer!

He breathes the rarefied air of inspiration.

He is a “seer” who comes to lead the blind.

He lives in the heights of God and comes into the valley with a
“thus saith the Lord.”

He shares some of the foreknowledge of God and so is aware of
impending judgment.

He lives in ‘splendid isolation.’

He is forthright and outright, but he claims no birthright.

His message is “repent, be reconciled to God or else…!”

His prophecies are parried.

His truth brings torment, but his voice is never void.

He is the villain of today and the hero of tomorrow.

He is excommunicated while alive and exalted when dead!

He is dishonored with epithets when breathing and honored with
epitaphs when dead.

He is a schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, but few ‘make the grade’
in his class.

He is friendless while living and famous when dead.

He is against the establishment in ministry; then he is established
as a saint by posterity.

He eats daily the bread of affliction while he ministers, but he feeds
the Bread of Life to those who listen.

He walks before men for days but has walked before God for years.

He is a scourge to the nation before he is scourged by the nation.

He announces, pronounces, and denounces!

He has a heart like a volcano and his words are as fire.

He talks to men about God.

He carries the lamp of truth amongst heretics while he is lampooned by men.

He faces God before he faces men, but he is self-effacing.

He hides with God in the secret place, but he has nothing to hide
in the marketplace.

He is naturally sensitive but supernaturally spiritual.

He has passion, purpose and pugnacity.

He is ordained of God but disdained by men.

Our national need at this hour is not that the dollar recover its
strength, or that we save face over the Watergate affair, or that we
find the answer to the ecology problem. We need a God-sent prophet!

I am bombarded with talk or letters about the coming shortages in
our national life: bread, fuel, energy. I read between the lines from
people not practiced in scaring folk. They feel that the “seven years
of plenty” are over for us. The “seven years of famine” are ahead.
But the greatest famine of all in this nation at this given moment is

Millions have been spent on evangelism in the last twenty-five years.
Hundreds of gospel messages streak through the air over the nation
every day. Crusades have been held; healing meetings have made
a vital contribution. “Come-outers” have “come out” and settled, too,
without a nation-shaking revival. Organizers we have. Skilled
preachers abound. Multi-million dollar Christian organizations
straddle the nation. BUT where, oh where, is the prophet? Where
are the incandescent men fresh from the holy place? Where is the
Moses to plead in fasting before the holiness of the Lord for our
moldy morality, our political perfidy, and sour and sick spirituality?

They will come.

The prophet is violated during his ministry, but he is vindicated by history.

There is a terrible vacuum in evangelical Christianity today. The
missing person in our ranks is the prophet. The man with a terrible
earnestness. The man totally otherworldly. The man rejected by
other men, even other good men, because they consider him too
austere, too severely committed, too negative and unsociable.

Let him be as plain as John the Baptist.

Let him for a season be a voice crying in the wilderness of modern
theology and stagnant “churchianity.”

Let him be as selfless as Paul the apostle.

Let him, too, say and live, “This ONE thing I do.”

Let him reject ecclesiastical favors.

Let him be self-abasing, nonself-seeking, nonself-projecting, nonself-righteous
, nonself-glorying, nonself-promoting.

Let him say nothing that will draw men to himself but only that which
will move men to God.

Let him come daily from the throne room of a holy God, the place
where he has received the order of the day. Let him, under God,
unstop the ears of the millions who are deaf through the clatter of
shekels milked from this hour of material mesmerism.

Let him cry with a voice this century has not heard because he
has seen a vision no man in this century has seen. God send us
this Moses to lead us from the wilderness of crass materialism,
where the rattlesnakes of lust bite us and where enlightened men,
totally blind spiritually, lead us to an ever-nearing Armageddon.
God have mercy! Send us PROPHETS!

“When a prophet is accepted and deified, his message is lost. The
prophet is only useful so long as he is stoned as a public nuisance
calling us to repentance, disturbing our comfortable routines,
breaking our respectable idols, shattering our sacred conventions.”
-A. G. Gardiner.

“The function of the Prophet has almost invariably been that of
recovery. That implies that his business is related to something
lost. That something being absolutely essential to God’s full
satisfaction, the dominant note of the Prophet was one of
dissatisfaction. And, there being the additional factor that, for
obvious reasons, the people were not disposed to go the costly
way of God’s full purpose, the Prophet was usually an unpopular person.”
-T. Austin Sparks.

“Those whom God calls to such a ministry – and a call is essential –
must be prepared for a pathway of unpopularity and misunderstanding.
“You troubler of Israel” was the way Ahab addressed Elijah.”
-Arthur Wallis.

A Song From My New Free CD, Song Title And Video A Brand New Day

This is a song of my half done free cd, A Vow Of NO Silence, It is electronica pop with a very uplifting message, the remnant need to hear this song and be encouraged

The REAL DEAL Can Be Yours Today- The Power Of The Holy Spirit

Let me start by posting a short article on the great revivals of past and than the message from it.

The Sixth Worldwide Awakening of 1904 - The Welsh Revival

The early years of the 20th century witnessed a number of revivals around the world.

It is impossible to understand these revivals apart from their roots in the Holiness Movement which had developed in the late 19th century. Of course, the issue of 'holiness' was not new. John Wesley advocated 'entire sanctification' and 'Christian perfectionism' in his 'Plain Account of Christian Perfection.' The idea that 'sanctification' could be instantaneously experienced subsequent to conversion was a Wesleyan norm. Testimonies to 'experiences of sanctification,' abounded during the 19th century.

For example, James Caughey's book entitled 'Methodism in Earnest' is subtitled '...being the history of a great revival in Great Britain; in which 20,000 souls professed faith in Christ, and ten thousand professed sanctification, in about six years, in association with the labours of Rev. James Caughey....' Phoebe Palmer regularly held meetings for the promotion of holiness and was the first to use the phrase 'baptism of the Holy Spirit' to describe the experience of 'entire sanctification.'

Charles Finney also embraced the Wesleyan doctrine of sanctification and his Oberlin presidency successor, Asa Mahan, begin to teach the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a baptism of holiness. The Holiness Movement was nurtured and matured by a variety of ministries so that, by the turn of the century, America (especially) was awash with hundreds of holiness groups.

During 1893 and 1900, twenty-three new denominations arose out of this movement. A passion for more power, more holiness, more evangelistic success and a greater outpouring of the Spirit took a hold of the church. This was the background of the Evangelical and Pentecostal revival movements of the early 20th century.

In 1900 a revival broke out among South African Boer soldiers, who had been captured by the British and transported to various British colonies. At the conclusion of the war, in 1902, they returned to South Africa and the revival returned with them. Gypsy Smith reaped a great harvest there in 1904.

In Japan, during 1900, the church doubled in size as revival swept through many ailing churches. In 1902, Torrey and Alexander conducted meetings in Melbourne, Australia, resulting in over 8,000 converts. This news spread like wild fire, igniting a passion for prayer and a fresh expectation for God to work in similar ways everywhere. In 1904, Torrey and Alexandra were in Cardiff, Wales and, in the light of a minimal response to the Gospel, they called for a day of prayer and fasting. Suddenly things changed dramatically and thousands were converted during the next 12 months.

On the day of prayer and fasting (according to Torrey) Evan Roberts received an anointing of the Holy Spirit with great power, in a meeting conducted by Seth Joshua. Here the Welsh Revival began. It was Sept 22nd 1904. However, the roots of the revival went back further. Young Evan Roberts had been praying for revival and an outpouring of the Holy Spirit for 11 years. Through a vision he received, Roberts believed that God was going to win 100,000 souls. In response to a further vision, he returned home in Loughor from Newcastle Emlyn where he had been enrolled in a Bible College. During his first few meetings the heavens opened. God's presence seemed to fill the air. Many were prostrated with conviction, others cried for mercy and many were so filled with the Spirit they pleaded with the Lord to stay His hand. Soon the revival spread to other places in South Wales.

Teams of young people assisted preachers like Roberts, Sydney Evans, Seth Joshua, Joseph Jenkins and R. B. Jones. The revival then took hold in North Wales. Within six months 100,000 had come to Christ! The Welsh Revival was soon the main topic of conversation throughout the Christian world. Wherever the news went it seemed to cause passionate prayer and began to ignite revival fires everywhere. Christians across Great Britain turned to prayer and church membership increased throughout the land.

In Scandinavia a current revival was fanned into a mighty blaze, as a result of the Welsh Revival. Germany was similarly affected as the flame spread across Europe. Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, the Balkans and Russia experienced awakenings. The United States felt the after-shock of the Welsh Revival in almost every place. Prayer, conviction and conversion spontaneously occurred, resulting in unusual church growth. In 1906 the modern Pentecostal Movement was born in Azusa Street, in Los Angeles, after a succession of local revivals through 1905. News of the Welsh Revival encouraged more prayer and suddenly the Holy Spirit descended. Daily meetings were held for the next three years. Visitors flocked there to catch the power of the Spirit and they were not disappointed.

No one could have imagined that this was the beginning of the greatest and most effective missionary movement that the world had ever seen. It marked the birth of Pentecostalism, once called 'the third force in Christendom.' Some would argue that, 100 years later, it has grown into the largest and most powerful force of all Christendom.

Almost no country in the world was excluded from the effects of this incredible revival. Almost every nation, on each continent, received new power from heaven, a new passion for prayer and for the lost. Hundreds of thousands came to the Lord.

I want to repeat one thing that stands out as a true outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

God's presence seemed to fill the air. Many were prostrated with conviction, others cried for mercy and many were so filled with the Spirit they pleaded with the Lord to stay His hand.

Now that is a true outpouring of the Holy Spirit, it comes with mighty conviction, prostrated humbled souls, cries for mercy, the power comes so strong men could hardly take it and asked for the lords hand to be held off, no more. The flesh cannot handle the real deal why?

It is the holiness of the lord, the divine presence of the lord, it brings repentance, anguish, crying for mercy and intense power from on high. This sounds nothing like what we see, read and hear of today, esp. on Apostate Christian T.V. The neo-Charismatic’s and false outpourings have nothing in common with what you just read as a first hand witness and historical account of, the real deal.

Most do not want the real deal, because it is holiness, it is a dying to self, it is filled with anguish and repentance, no, today people want manifestations and than live as unholy vessels after the unholy manifestations in a service are over. This is genuine revival of soul; it is what we have been experiencing the last month.

Dear remnant one if you are in need of the Real Deal, it can be had by asking, and when the real deal comes, it will annihilate the flesh man. Last week was Pentecost Sunday, the feast of weeks, the day the church was born, and 3,000 saved, this is the real deal.

We are flawed vessels, we sin, we are imperfect, but if you want in on the real deal I tell you now, as before the lord said, ‘I will now pour out my spirit in might and power , but only upon my remnant bride, my true people who desire it, seek it and will embrace the true effects of the real deal’.

I could not pray, preach even exist without the Spirit, but when the true Holy Glory falls as I can witness in our own home it has, it is like nothing else, so beyond what is called charismatic or modern day Pentecost. This real deal is a free gift, it comes in a holy heaviness, at times you will say, I can not take any more, this glory is so heavy, I am flesh. This can be for you remnant one, it is needed today, and now.

I wrote around a month ago about the lord saying he was ready to pour out on his remnant ones that have been tried in the furnace, a true explosion of the gifts, the real deal. One day after that prophecy, in prayer , we were kneeling, repenting and it just came, one day after the word, and it has not let up for a month now. This means it was a true word and it is for all the remnant that want it.

Repentance, submission, a seeking after the lord in deep passion is all that you need to do, and the fire will fall, do you want this? It can be yours today, just say lord I want the real deal, ask and you will receive. This is a dark time we are in and if the remnant ever needed the real deal it is now, so why wait, ask to get the real deal today and you will by faith.

Others it may take a few days of humble repentant prayer, letting the lord clean you from your sins, the only hindrances are if you have any thing against anyone and you will not let go of it and forgive, this is always the number one hindrance, I have seen these many years , the ones who do not get the baptism of the holy spirit, is, they need to make something right, be in forgiveness and mean it, repent and seek the lord with your whole mind, soul and spirit, ask and it shall be given, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened. This is the remnants promise of the REAL DEAL.

Lastly;, some may say or think, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift, and like salvation a gift we can not earn it, this is true of salvation and the sealing of the spirit. The Baptism of the holy spirit, while a gift, still has scriptural instructions concerning it. This is not legalism, the need to repent, forgive, love, be obedient, these are all things that must be done to receive the real deal.

Act 5:32  And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

Acts 5:32
And so is also the Holy Ghost - In the gift of tongues lately communicated; and by his power and influence on our souls, by which we are enabled to give irresistible witness of our Lord’s resurrection.
To them that obey him - We obey God, not you; and therefore God gives us this Spirit, which is in us a fountain of light, life, love, and power.

The Spirit of God is given to the obedient: in proportion as a man who has received the first influences of it (for without this he cannot move in the spiritual life) is obedient to those influences, in the same proportion the gifts and graces, the light, life, and power, of the Holy Spirit, are increased in his soul.

The Real deal and the continuing of being filled as acts CH 4 shows, is one of a doer of the word and not one that is a hearer only. The amount of the anointing and the anointing itself is costly, it takes brokenness, repentance, holy living, or you will not get the real deal, as the lord knows the heart, or you can lose the power and anointing when the prayer chamber and the word are neglected. Understand, Salvation is free, but discipleship will cost you everything, death to self and submission to the lord’s word and will no matter what. This is what separates the false outpourings from the real deal.
No one comes into ministry with a special anointing , like American idol makes a no one a star, it takes time, patience, suffering for Christ, dying to self, a passion for the lord and others, it is a matter of obedience .

At times we have dry spells that is not due to sin, these are tests, and we are not always at fault, these things must come, Faithfulness before promotion is in the N.T. It takes self-sacrifice for others; it takes nights in tearful prayer, much brokenness, as the lord hates pride. Pride alone can easily leave you in a place where the real deal seems far away.

Remnant one, its all about if you want the real deal, consider the cost. Jesus said before a man builds he considers the cost, so consider it well. Forgiving others that really did you wrong can be one of the hardest things the N.T. demands, but it is a must if you want to dwell in the most high and in the secret place of thunder, a holy God, demands holiness, for with out holiness, no man shall see God. We are talking about the Real Deal of the HOLY SPIRIT hear, we are the temple of the holy spirit, this requires daily maintenance as did the O.T. temple, the lamps trimmed and things clean and in order, may it be so with his remnant ones today,

When You Feel Like Packing Up And Just Leaving, Getting Out Of The Place You Feel Stuck In, And Learning To Forgive

Psa 55:6  And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest.

Psa 55:7  Lo, then would I wander far off, and remain in the wilderness. Selah.

Psa 55:8  I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest.

Psalms 55:6

And I said - That is, when I saw these calamities coming upon me, and knew not what the result was to be.
Oh, that I had wings like a dove! - literally, “Who will give me wings like a dove?” or, Who will give me the pinion of a dove? The original word - אבר  'êber - means properly, “a wing-feather;” a pinion; the penna major or flagfeather of a bird’s wing by which he steers his course, - as of an eagle, Isa_40:31, or of a dove, as here. It is distinguished from the wing itself, Eze_17:3 : “A great eagle, with great wings, “long-winged,” full of feathers.” The reference here is supposed to be to the turtle-dove - a species of dove common in Palestine. Compare the notes at Psa_11:1. These doves, it is said, are never tamed.

“Confined in a cage, they droop, and, like Cowper, sigh for ‘A lodge in some vast wilderness - some boundless contiguity of shade;’ and no sooner are they set at liberty, than they flee to their mountains.” Land and the Book (Dr. Thomson), vol. i., p. 416.
For then would I fly away, and be at rest - I would escape from these dangers, and be in a place of safety. How often do we feel this in times of trouble! How often do we wish that we could get beyond the reach of enemies; of sorrows; of afflictions! How often do we sigh to be in a place where we might be assured that we should be safe from all annoyances; from all trouble! There is such a place, but not on earth.

David might have borne his severest troubles with him if he could have fled - for those troubles are in the heart, and a mere change of place does not affect them; or he might have found new troubles in the place that seemed to him to be a place of peace and of rest. But there is a world which trouble never enters. That world is heaven; to that world we shall soon go, if we are God’s children; and there we shall find absolute and eternal rest. Without “the wings of a dove,” we shall soon fly away and be at rest. None of the troubles of earth will accompany us there; no new troubles will spring up there to disturb our peace.

Psalms 55:7

Lo, then would I wander far off - literally, “Lo, I would make the distance far by wandering;” I would separate myself far from these troubles.
And remain in the wilderness - literally, I would sojourn; or, I would pass the night; or, I would put up for the night.

The idea is taken from a traveler who puts up for the night, or who rests for a night in his weary travels, and seeks repose. Compare Gen_19:2; Gen_32:21; 2Sa_12:16; Jdg_19:13. The word “wilderness” means, in the Scripture, a place not inhabited by man; a place where wild beasts resort; a place uncultivated. It does not denote, as with us, an extensive forest. It might be a place of rocks and sands, but the essential idea is, that it was not inhabited. See the notes at Mat_4:1. In such a place, remote from the habitations of people, he felt that he might be at rest.

We are all too apt to utter this vain desire, for vain it is; no wings of doves or eagles could bear us away from the sorrows of a trembling heart. Inward grief knows nothing of place. Moreover, it is cowardly to shun the battle which God would have us fight. We had better face the danger, for we have no armour for our backs. He had need of a swifter conveyance than doves' pinions who would outfly slander; he may be at rest who does not fly, but commends his case to his God. Even the dove of old found no rest till she returned to her ark, and we amid all our sorrow may find rest in Jesus. We need not depart; all will be well if we trust in him.

“Lo, then would I wander far off.” Yet when David was far off, he sighed to be once more near Jerusalem; thus, in our ill estate we ever think the past to be better than the present. We shall be called to fly far enough away, and perchance we shall be loth to go; we need not indulge vain notions of premature escape from earth. “And remain in the wilderness.” He found it none such a dear abode when there, yet resolves now to make it his permanent abode

We have all been there, many of us are there now, and we just wish we could get away, troubles press upon us. The place you are at may have no jobs, or much violence, safety is a concern, others may have been in the same little town all their life and just want out to see the world, yet others due to many problems, let downs and abuses feel a move will cure the inner pain and hurt.

Dear reader, I know from experience a geographical Exodus never changes anything, because you take your hurts, wounds, troubles, anger, and yourself with you. You may pack your suitcases, or toss what you have in the back of a car, but your heart goes were you go, Jesus goes where you go.

Being a traveling minister 34 years, I know of being persecuted in \one city and fleeing to another, this is different. I have in the past due to blowing my testimony and sinning, (long ago), packed up and left, with a bitter heart, I was hurt by a person or people, and so off I took my family and we traveled across the USA, from East Coast to West Coast, and later from West coast to East cost, every time, after a while I soon found out, the move did not help  anything, because my heart was still wounded and I did not deal with the hurt and let down.

Psa 55:12  For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:

Psa 55:13  But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.

Psa 55:14  We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.

As A Christian, we have all been stabbed in the back, we have given all we had to give, just to have the person turn on us, this is life, the secret to it all as King David learned and the commentaries bring out, it does no good to run away, we must make our stand, and face the battles of life. Sometimes it can take a long time to get over a situation and person that really hurt you.

Maybe an X spouse, or X friend you thought was your best friend for life, a co-worker you trusted, a parent that committed sin against you when you were young, verbal abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and so forth.

Dear remnant one, you are not alone, we have all been there and many are going through some of this right now, so what do we do?

Flee to the lord, not another state, flee to him in prayer, love even your enemies, love and forgive. Live at peace with all men, as much as you possibly can, and after having done all to stand. Stand. Prayer can heal many wounds, many wounds like the death of a loved one can take years to get over, abuse can take  just as long, if not longer, because your still alive and it tries to invade your thinking .

I pray today, for those who can relate to this message, to those who have been abused, to those who have taken all they can take and are ready to break. I pray for you that you will find peace in the midst of your storm. It is to late in the game to hold on to anger, so let it go, the lord will give you the strength to do the impossible, forgive someone that really did you wrong and he will give you strength to love your enemies. I can testify to this in my own life, it works, it takes time, but it starts with you saying in prayer,’Ok lord I am ready, now I need your strength and power to do this today, I make a choice to get over this and on with my life'

The lord will meet you, give the needed strength and he gives us all the promise.

Tears may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. May today be the first day of the rest of your life.

The Remnant Are Not To Be In Fear, Or Dismayed At ANY Sign In The Heavens, No Constellations, Planets,Wars, Famine, Nothing.

Jer 10:2  Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.

Thus the prophet Jeremiah here arms people against the idolatrous usages and customs of the heathen, not only for the use of those that had gone to Babylon, but of those also that staid behind, that being convinced and reclaimed, by the word of God, the rod might be prevented; and it is written for our learning.

“Learn not the way of the heathen, do not approve of it, no, nor think indifferently concerning it, much less imitate it or accustom yourselves to it. Let not any of their customs steal in among you (as they are apt to do insensibly) nor mingle themselves with your religion.” Note, It ill becomes those that are taught of God to learn the way of the heathen, and to think of worshipping the true God with such rites and ceremonies as they used in the worship of their false gods. See Deu_12:29-31.

It was the way of the heathen to worship the host of heaven, the sun, moon, and stars; to them they gave divine honours, and from them they expected divine favours, and therefore, according as the signs of heaven were, whether they were auspicious or ominous, they thought themselves countenanced or discountenanced by their deities, which made them observe those signs, the eclipses of the sun and moon, the conjunctions and oppositions of the planets, and all the unusual phenomena of the celestial globe, with a great deal of anxiety and trembling. Business was stopped if any thing occurred that was thought to bode ill; if it did but thunder on their left hand, they were almost as if they had been thunderstruck. Now God would not have his people to be dismayed at the signs of heaven, to reverence the stars as deities, nor to frighten themselves with any prognostications grounded upon them. Let them fear the God of heaven, and keep up a reverence of his providence, and then they need not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, for the stars in their courses fight not against any that are at peace with God. The heathen are dismayed at these signs, for they know no better; but let not the house of Israel, that are taught of God, be so.

Luk 21:9  But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

Luk 21:10  Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

Luk 21:11  And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Luk 21:18  But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

Luk 21:19  In your patience possess ye your souls.

It still amazes me how many Christians are giving to much attention to the signs in the sky, real, or unreal. The fear of the non event comet ELEin, the fear of 2012 due to the Mayan calendar and movies, the fear of Planet X, the constellation of Virgo and the dragon, why on earth do the Christians spend so much time looking into these mystical things. I have read and seen video after video by Christians about the constellations, alignments, planet X, you name it, and all it does is promote fear.

We have the very direct word of the lord on our reaction to any, and all odd things we see, things in space. Do Not Fear.

The remnant ones must heed this, it is not bible, it is pagan and fear, it is anti-scripture, you read the text verse, you read again the Luke 21 warning, Jesus said not to fear. Not only the signs, but the wars and rumors of war, the plagues, famines, though they are coming, going on and are real, we are not to be in fear when we see them, read about them or experience them. I love the way Henrey put it.

Let them fear the God of heaven, and keep up a reverence of his providence, and then they need not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, for the stars in their courses fight not against any that are at peace with God.

Did you get that? The course of the stars fight not against any that are at peace with God.

Why than the fear, why any dismayment at all? The answer is, those that are at peace with God. It's all about getting to the place that the remnant are at peace with God, have peace in and from God, this peace is the antidote against all fear.

I have said it once, I will say it again, THE WORLD WILL NOT END IN 2012.

America will soon end as a super power, we are under judgment and it's a tribulation time for us and a few other nations, it is not the seven year tribulation, but A tribulation on America.

The Tribulation could start in 2013, could, but we at present are in the birth pains. America will fall before the great tribulation. 2012 will be it for America, and than maybe the tribulation, only the lord knows.

Whatever happens, even when the great global leader is known, we are not to be in fear. This message is so clear.

I really want to drive home in this message the signs in the sky, as I still see to many remnant Christians falling for all this fear, and most of it is not even happening.

Planet X is yet another Hoax, a non -event. A fear tactic, by TPTB, to drive the remnant to a state of fear and doom.

Dear reader, put on the whole armor of the lord, may he double the thickness of the remnants armor in these days we live in. The world has not ended yet, until than, work while it is still light, for soon it will be dark when no man can work. Be faithful, steady, unmovable and about the masters business. Let the peace of the lord rule your hearts and minds in Christ.

The Christians 911, a Short Audio Sermon Preached At Home Church May 25 2012, A Message Of Hope

This is a very short 16 min audio sermon, worth a listen , I preached this at our Thursday home church service. It's text is Ps. 91. It is filled with encouragement, hope, faith, for the remnant Christians. It deals with what is ahead and how the lord is our hiding place.

Many Are Still Looking The World Over, For What Is In Their Heart, Or Should Be, When The Gospel Is Not Enough

Psa 46:10  Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Psa 46:11  The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Myers (not Joyce Myers lol.) Old Commentary and devotional.

In times of difficulty--be still! Thine enemies are plotting thine overthrow! They laugh at thy strong confidence! But hast thou not heard His voice saying: "This is the way, walk ye in it"? Then leave Him to deal with thy foes from whatever quarter they come. He is thy Rock, and rocks do not shake. He is thy High Tower, and a high tower cannot be flooded. Thou needest mercy, and to Him belongeth mercy. Do not run hither and thither in panic! Just quietly wait, hushing thy soul, as He did the fears of His friends on the eve of Gethsemane and Calvary. "Rest in the Lord, wait patiently for Him." "Be still, for He will not rest, until He hath finished the thing this day."

Psalms 46:10

Be still, etc. — literally, “Leave off to oppose Me and vex My people. I am over all for their safety.” (Compare Isa_2:11; Eph_1:22).

Spurgen on PS 46;

Subject - Happen what may, the Lord's people are happy and secure, this is the doctrine of the Psalm, and it might, to help our memories, be called The Song of Holy Confidence, were it not that from the great reformer's love to this soul-stirring hymn it will probably be best remembered as Luther's Psalm.

Psa_46:1 - The song of faith in troublous times.

I.          Our refuge. Our only, impregnable, accessible, delightful place of retreat is our God.
II.        Our strength. Our all-sufficient, unconquerable, honourable, and emboldening strength is our God.
III.       Our help. Ever near, sympathising, faithful, real, and potent is our God.

Psa_46:1 - “A very present help in trouble.” Religion never so valuable as in seasons of trouble, sickness, and death. God is present helping us to bear trouble, to improve it, and to survive it. Present by gracious communications and sweet manifestations; present most when he seems absent, restraining, overruling, and sanctifying trouble. Trust and wait - James Smith.

Psa_46:2, Psa_46:3 –

I.          The great and many causes for fear.
1.         What might come - mountains, waters, etc., persecution, pestilence, etc.
2.         What must come - afflictions, death, judgment.
II.        The great and one cause for not fearing. Fearlessness under such circumstances should be well grounded. God himself is our refuge, and we confiding in him are fearless.
 - G. Rogers.

Psa_46:4 - Glad tidings in sad times; or, the city of God in the times of trouble and confusion, watered with the river of consolation - Ralph Erskine.

Psa_46:10 - “Be still, and know that I am God.” The sole consideration that God is God, sufficient to still all objections to his sovereignty - Jonathan Edwards.

Psa_46:10 - “I am God.”

1.         In that he is God, he is an absolutely and infinitely perfect being.
2.         As he is God he is so great, that he is infinitely above all comprehension.
3.         As he is God, all things are his own.
4.         In that he is God, he is worthy to be sovereign over all things.
5.         In that he is God, he will be sovereign, and will act as such.
6.         In that he is God, he is able to avenge himself on those who oppose his sovereignty.
 - Jonathan Edwards.

Dear reader, I speak to you today who are still in fear, those that have lost confidence in the lord’s protection in the days we live in and all that is coming. So many are still afraid, we are to be still, not inactive, but active spiritually, active in holy prayer, soul winning, humble service, inactive as to a troubled and fearful heart.

Many are active in the wrong things, thinking upon the doom, thinking I must flee, I must hide, I must put food away, I must prepare, anyway I can, if you can great, but to those who cannot, what’s the reason to be in a hurried state, a cluttered mind, a panic stricken soul, it will hinder the small still voice of the lord.

To be still is like when Mary sat at Jesus feat, her sister Martha who was cumbered about many things, and troubled, Mary had chosen the better part, to be still and sit at God in the flesh, Jesus Christ’s Feet. There are too many Martha’s in the remnant Church, hurried about with fear as their main focus and drive. Fear will always cause great mistakes and bad decisions to be made.

The true secret to learning to be still is as the next part says, Know That I am God. We must get to the place that we have confidence the lord is on the throne, he has you in his view, you are covered and protected, and he is lord of all. The verse I used last time is fitting hear.

Heb 11:6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

The secret is no secret; it is just not chosen to be sufficient for many. The lord is all we need, His word, man lives not by bread alone, but by every word that comes from our lord .Many are fearful of the coming famine. We read in the psalms, the lord will feed his beloved in famine and give his people drink. In the N.T. in the sermon on the mount we read, do not worry about tomorrow, what you shall eat, drink, cloths, nothing as the father knows all you need.

Get to know who the lord is, do you honestly know who he is? If you did, you would know from his word, his character, and his character is one of faithfulness to his true people, a help in time of trouble, our hiding place, our Goshen, our refuge.

The problem I see, as I have said, I see what posts people are reading and its mostly the prophecies, look if you need a prophecy, if you need a preacher to preach a hard word to keep you in line, you have missed it. The love we have for Jesus should be our motivation to draw near to him and walk in holiness. It is all about love.

Why do so many still seek out a vision, a dream, a prophecy, the hour is late, you should now be getting your personal directions straight from the lord, from his word and in prayer. I see a trend of many who are prophecy crazed as I have written on before, they just can not be still and know Jehovah is God, they are not satisfied with the word of the lord, they are not content with the presence of Jesus, why?

You need a fresh revelation of who Jesus is, who God is, you need this now and it can only be obtained with a intimate prayer and praise life, you do not need to listen to every new prophecy posted on the net, for many false prophets abound, the word stands sure.

You must understand you; yes, you can have a one on one with the lord. Just chose the better part like Mary, Martha’s sister, and sit at Jesus feet, learn from him, let His Spirit lead you into all truth. Much of what is on the net, websites, videos so called apostate Christian T.V. is mostly false, yet so many keep looking, everyday for someone with a prophetic gift a preacher or teacher to lead them. We no longer need any human as our intercessor that was done and finished on Calvary and when our lord resurrected, but its not enough.

What I see is so many Christians look and look and look, as if it was Christian astrology, or looking for a secret crystal ball. You should be getting all you need first handed from the lord himself.

So reader, be still, stop searching the world over for yet another prophecy and look to Jesus who is the spirit of Prophecy, you have the mind of Christ, use it. This is what is needed, and it is needed now, as the internet will shortly no longer be as it is now, than what, no internet, what will you do, where will you look, stop this mindless fearful search now, and get the peace of the lord that will rule your life, this peace will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, our Price of Peace.

I am not saying there is not true prophecy's we should listen to, but prophecy is for confirmation, not revelation

The Right Way Is Always Better Than The Left, Also Personal Word About Me And This Application Of The Message In My Own Life.

Psa 107:7  And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

Joh 21:3  Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.

Joh 21:4  But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.

Joh 21:5  Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.

Joh 21:6  And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

We can spend much of our life doing things the wrong way, out of the perfect will of the lord. My own pray of late is simply this, 'all I want lord is to be in your perfect will, no matter what it is, I ask for nothing else, nothing, but to be in your perfect will for me'. I have been praying this and meaning it.

After several years now, stuck in this small desert town, no opportunities, no work, no nothing, I have ministered mostly online, Tried a church plant, the only Full Gospel Church that was set to preach truth and the holy word of the lord. It never got off the ground, as a ministry-Church planter these 34 years; I have seen this only one other time. It is due to such a small place and the town being 100% Baptist, I love the Baptist, My brother is the local Baptist pastor, I now go to his church as I did before, they preach and teach the word, and yes it is a tad different for me, but the word and true love is there.

As an Evangelist right now and writer, online teacher, I need to be in a Church, its hard sometimes, because I am a minister and am called to preach, but I sit, keep quiet and go to meet the lord. I have tried a few years ago to start a lapidary home business as I took up rock hounding hear, many, many world class rocks here. Than had an Etsy site-store, to sell my cabochons and silver workings, studied Gemology and ministered online. The products did not sell, so closed shop, sold 2,000.00 worth of quality designer cabs I made for 50.00. I was beat down.

I get an occasional painting job, via my brother, who does some contracting work on the side, but work is rare here in California and esp. where I live. Than I tried my music business again, with very low priced services, a free audio recording school, it has gone nowhere, Than I tried to sell my first book, took months to put together, not one order, than I tried a new online ministry school, to date, not one student. I post flyers for PC repair, got one job, I also tried selling my jewelry on the road side, sold nothing, are you getting the pitcher, now here is why I am saying all this.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, that’s me. I put 110% into everything I do, as Our lord expects excellence from his ministers and People. I also had posted my resume all over the net for a Sr. Pastor Job, nothing, than an asst. Pastor, than outreach Pastor, nothing. 1,500 Churches, and or, ministers close or leave the ministry in N.America every month, so where are the vacancies? I have done online collaboration things, not one sale, in a depression, recession it is said ‘the best thing to do when there is no work is to start your own job- business.

Four years of trials and tribulations. I finally came to the lord a while back and said, Ok that did it, I have tried everything and nothing has bore any fruit, even this online ministry to be honest. A lot of reads, but that’s it, almost no one has listened , downloaded any free music, under 3,000 reads of six free e-books and resources, no comments, no emails, no nothing. Many times, I have wanted to stop this online thing, because it to has not been fruitful.

I said lord what is it, I am 100% sold out to you, I love you I labor for you, I put you first, I love you I worship you, have thine own way lord, have thine own way. I mean it.

It was not until recently however, that I said whatever it is I accept it, if this is it, I accept it in Joy. Now all I pray is lord let me know your perfect will and that’s it. In everything give thanks, for this is the will in Christ Jesus concerning you, (me).

Taking the praise route, simple, yes, but what a difference and comfort it has brought, the fresh outpouring of his presence and spirit, now over three weeks a home revival. I see this is better than anything. When the lord will not remove the thorn, he gives grace to match it.

The most startling thing the lord has told me and confirmed many times recently is this. Your watchmen job is now over, come down off the tower, put away the trumpet, you have done all I appointed for you to do, you sounded the alarm, now I am going to use you in a last days ministry, after the famine and collapse of America happens, the lord said it is very, very close. All this trial, all this tribulation has been a preparation period for what I have called to do, in this desert. I felt, OK, does this mean I am going to die, I am done as a watch men, what do you mean, the lord said to my heart,
'All of my watchmen on the wall, all are being told to stop warning, the warnings are over, judgment now begins, this is no longer the need, all who have listened and heeded have, the others will not wake up until, its to late, just be at peace, enjoy this outpouring and feed my remnant sheep'.

This is all my posts and things will be until there is no internet now, feeding the sheep, encouraging the remnant and that is it, no more books, no more anything. Daily teachings and audio preaching to feed the sheep.

The text verses have a meaning in all of this. In the psalm 107, we learn of the many, many backslidings of the lord’s people, and his restoration of them, it is all about his loving kindness. The right place, a habitable city, the lord can make springs in the desert and he will, he will make this place a habitable place, for me that means acceptance of where I am, and satisfied with the lords divine presence. The fresh springs of water, the inner revelations, prophecies, words of knowledge are pouring out in joyful jubilation.

It has been a long time, but now all has changed. The explosion of the gifts on the remnant, a message I posted was for me, and others, the next day that prophecy was fulfilled in my own heart and home, the next day , the glory fell and has not let up PTL. The lord has made this wasteland tolerable, all the things that did not work, all the attempts, all, the things, bore no fruit, but it was for this reason, the trial, I guess I passed… so far, it only took four years, lol. I would now say, I would not change or exchange this presence for anything I tried in the spirit, and at time in the flesh. Something’s, not all, were the left side, the wrong thing, and not the lords perfect will.

The next portion of the word was when Peter said I am going fishing, he denied Jesus, and returned to his vocation, he picked the fishing net back up, that he once tossed down.

He and the others worked hard all night, to you and me that night could be four years, Jesus came, his presence comes, and he says, try casting your net on the right side, they obeyed and caste the net on the right side not the left, and what a catch they were given, and at the wrong time of day, you set your nets at night when fish cannot see them, it was sun up and not time to cast the net, maybe Jesus blinded the fish, LOL. something happened.

The lesson, I see in the right side, the right place, as our text shows, is the right side is the right way, the left side the wrong way, or not the will of the lord. Whatever the lord tells you, do it, with Joy, and in peace. Real acceptance and joy in whatever your situation is. This is casting your net, your life, dreams, and expectations on the right side, once we do this, we will have abundance, spiritual abundance, and this is key, a spiritual outpouring, a true yearning for nothing but the  presence of the lord and his glory in might and power.

Cast your net, what ever it may be on the lord, accept the answer even if it is a lot of No's, because the lord knows what is best for you, you may not understand it right now, but time is up, very soon everything is about to change, this outpouring is better than any of our nets. This is our earthly gift and reward, a peace, a rest in the divine presence of the lord. A refreshing before the storm and in it.

Saint it is coming so, so fast and many things will change, the lord clearly told me this, so relax, win souls, love the lord, pray, read the word, and simply trust and obey for there is no other way, to be happy in Jesus than to trust and obey.

Now, cast your net on the right side and just see what happens.

Having A Conversation With The King An Open Invitation To Mercy

Job 13:15  Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.

2. With what constancy he depends upon him: Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him, Job_13:15. This is a high expression of faith, and what we should all labour to come up to - to trust in God, though he slay us, that is, we must be well pleased with God as a friend even when he seems to come forth against us as an enemy, Job_23:8-10. We must believe that all shall work for good to us even when all seems to make against us, Jer_24:5. We must proceed and persevere in the way of our duty, though it cost us all that is dear to us in this world, even life itself, Heb_11:35.

We must depend upon the performance of the promise when all the ways leading to it are shut up, Rom_4:18. We must rejoice in God when we have nothing else to rejoice in, and cleave to him, yea, though we cannot for the present find comfort in him. In a dying hour we must derive from him living comforts; and this is to trust in him though he slay us.

V. He wishes to argue the case even with God himself, if he might but have leave to settle the preliminaries of the treaty, Job_13:20-22. He had desired (Job_13:3) to reason with God, and is still of the same mind. He will not hide himself, that is, he will not decline the trial, nor dread the issue of it, but under two provisons: -

 1. That his body might not be tortured with this exquisite pain: “Withdraw thy hand far from me; for, while I am in this extremity, I am fit for nothing. l can make a shift to talk with my friends, but I know not how to address myself to thee.” When we are to converse with God we have need to be composed, and as free as possible from every thing that may make us uneasy.

2. That his mind might not be terrified with the tremendous majesty of God: “Let not thy dread make me afraid; either let the manifestations of thy presence be familiar or let me be enabled to bear them without disorder and disturbance.” Moses himself trembled before God, so did Isaiah and Habakkuk. O God! thou art terrible even in thy holy places. “Lord,” says Job, “let me not be put into such a consternation of spirit, together with this bodily affliction; for then I must certainly drop the cause, and shall make nothing of it.” See what a folly it is for men to put off their repentance and conversion to a sick-bed and a death-bed. How can even a good man, much less a bad man, reason with God, so as to be justified before him, when he is upon the rack of pain and under the terror of the arrests of death? At such a time it is very bad to have the great work to do, but very comfortable to have it done, as it was to Job, who, if he might but have a little breathing-time, was ready either,

(1.) To hear God speaking to him by his word, and return an answer: Call thou, and I will answer; or,

(2.) To speak to him by prayer, and expect an answer: Let me speak, and answer thou me, v. 22. Compare this with Job_9:34, Job_9:35, where he speaks to the same purport. In short, the badness of his case was at present such a damp upon him as he could not get over; otherwise he was well assured of the goodness of his cause, and doubted not but to have the comfort of it at last, when the present cloud was over. With such holy boldness may the upright come to the throne of grace, not doubting but to find mercy there.

Heb 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 4:16

come — rather as Greek, “approach,” “draw near.”

boldly — Greek, “with confidence,” or “freedom of speech” (Eph_6:19).

The throne of grace — God’s throne becomes to us a throne of grace through the mediation of our High Priest at God’s right hand (Heb_8:1; Heb_12:2). Pleading our High Priest Jesus’ meritorious death, we shall always find God on a throne of grace. Contrast Job’s complaint (Job_23:3-8) and Elihu’s “IF,” etc. (Job_33:23-28).

Obtain — rather, “receive.”

Mercy — “Compassion,” by its derivation (literally, fellow feeling from community of suffering), corresponds to the character of our High Priest “touched with the feeling of our infirmities” (Heb_4:15).

Find grace — corresponding to “throne of grace.” Mercy especially refers to the remission and removal of sins; grace, to the saving bestowal of spiritual gifts [Estius]. Compare “Come unto Me ... and I will give you rest (the rest received on first believing). Take My yoke on you ... and ye shall find rest (the continuing rest and peace found in daily submitting to Christ’s easy yoke; the former answers to “receive mercy” here; the latter, to “find grace,” Mat_11:28, Mat_11:29).

In time of need — Greek, “seasonably.” Before we are overwhelmed by the temptation; when we most need it, in temptations and persecutions; such as is suitable to the time, persons, and end designed (Psa_104:27). A supply of grace is in store for believers against all exigencies; but they are only supplied with it according as the need arises. Compare “in due time,” Rom_5:6. Not, as Alford explains, “help in time,” that is, to-day, while it is yet open to us; the accepted time (2Co_6:2).

Help — Compare Heb_2:18, “He is able to succor them that are tempted.”

Many people neglect prayer, because they do not understand how to pray. The disciples said, “Lord teach us to pray"

Others, because they do not know what to pray for.

Rom 8:26  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Rom 8:27  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Rom 8:28  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Reader understand, it is the role of the Holy Spirit to pray the will of the lord in us, and the spirit helps us in ALL our infirmities, the word infirmity in the Greek , is weakness of Body or mind. That covers it all. We know Jesus is our intercessor, few know the Holy Spirit also is our intercessor, the spirit of Christ, the spirit of Jehovah, and the Holy Spirit as a separate part of the divine trinity, confused, so am I. The trinity is an unexplainable mystery, but well supported in the word of the lord.

This groaning of the Spirit that groans in such a way it is not expressible in human language. It is a heavenly groaning, so holy, so profound; it cannot truly be uttered. We have our spirit prayer language; this intercession by the Spirit is different. JFB makes it understandable.

Maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered — that is, which cannot be expressed in articulate language. Sublime and affecting ideas, for which we are indebted to this passage alone! “As we struggle to express in articulate language the desires of our hearts and find that our deepest emotions are the most inexpressible, we ‘groan’ under this felt inability. But not in vain are these groanings. For ‘the Spirit Himself’ is in them, giving to the emotions which He Himself has kindled the only language of which they are capable; so that though on our part they are the fruit of impotence to utter what we feel, they are at the same time the intercession of the Spirit Himself in our behalf.”

We have all been there, maybe you are there today. Your prayers are filled with tears, sorrow, fear, hurt, weakness of mind, or body, remember the word says , Jehovah has mercy on his inflicted ones, this verse I used many time when I was in the Mental Health field. I lead many seriously disabled ones, to Jesus, and yet saw little change, over medicated, seriously impaired, anyone with any mental illness, a mental weakness finds great hope in this, the lord of mercy knows our frames and we are but dust, thank the lord for mercy.

However, not in vain are these groanings. For ‘the Spirit Himself’ is in them, giving to the emotions which He Himself has kindled the only language of which they are capable;

This is key in having a conversation with our king, we must understand, He understands. The king knows his subjects well, he knows our need, our emotions, our fears, our failures, our depravity, our flesh, the trials and tribulations, and yes, we have a compassionate King that knows every hair on our head. Many things in the word are clear, others are so deep and this is why deep calleth unto deep, this is why, Rom 8:27  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit....

It is not mystical, but it is revelation, things we claim by faith as truths, many times we cannot even explain these deep truths, as we cannot.

Why do bad things happen to good people, (saved people), and good things happen to bad people, (evil people), it is a subject well covered in the bible, this is why we are not to covet what another has, because that person is probably going to hell, and to date I have never seen a hearse pulling a u-haul behind it, have you?

The ways and thoughts of our King are far above ours, he is the King, he knows all, so when we converse with our king, understand the verses I have used, we have confidence, and freedom of speech, we can freely talk to our King as our friend, because he is our friend. Jesus said," I know longer call you servants, but friends" this is a profound thing, yet servant friends we are.

If you were to approach a Queen or a King, you had to get permission for a conversation, with our King we do not, so why do we neglect prayer, we have full permission and access right now. When you leave the conversation with a Queen or King, you have many things you have to do, during and after, after, you have to walk away backwards or you would be put to death, you never turn your back, you bow and walk backwards facing the royalty.

How different it is with our King, we have one rule, the blood of Christ, if covered by the blood He shed, we can freely inter, no real rules at all, anytime, anywhere we can have this conversation with our merciful King.

The others that do not pray is due to unbelief, in this category we may be in prayer and say a lot of words, but if there is no faith, no belief, we might as well be talking to the postman.

Others do not have a conversation with our King, because they fear Him.

We are to have the fear of the lord, he alone is sovereign, he is a consuming fire, we do not enter in lazy, or fog headed, clutter minded , or with such a casual presence we almost think our King is our Sugar Daddy, like many in the Word of Faith Camp, also many in some denominations think if you do not use a sacred name, others if you do not bow your head and pray like a dead man, your dead, a false reverence of legalism.

No, we enter in and freely talk in reverence, it is Ok to  lift your hands, many think if you even lift your voice or lift your hands it is ungodly, and shows a lack of reverence or humility, what bible are they reading, let me know, please.

It is the Holy Spirit that empowers and energizes our prayer, it is the dunamis power of our King that is a free gift, I guess many accept one free gift, salvation, but choose to not take the second gift, the second blessing, they are satisfied with being sealed, as all born again saints are, but we must desire to be filled, amen.

This gives us the power, the key to pray as we should, it gives understanding that our King is a loving King, and loves the praise of his people, even in tough times, maybe even more when we are in tough times, when we make the choice to rejoice.

The Spirit of truth will lead us into all truth, we need not fear anything, nor fear approaching our lord who is a consuming fire, he baptized many of us with the wind and flame, a baptism in a Holy Fire, with His Holy Spirit, and the holy Spirit, helps us in all our weaknesses, we can groan and groan and the lord understands all, as it is his spirit doing the groaning for us, praying the will of the lord.

Once we are resolved to a life of prayer we can say as Job said in the text, Job 13:15  Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him:..............

Even till death do we part, no matter what we go through, no matter what comes, in life and death we are his, if death, our conversation with our King will be face to face, what a day that will be. The whole matter of prayer is Mercy, and Trust. The lord’s Mercy that we can trust in. The lord’s majesty as our King of Kings and Lord of Lords, what a mighty savior we have. In all tribulations today and in our days ahead, we can with confidence say, if the King chooses to slay me, let me die, even than I will TRUST in him.

Has it been a while sense you had a conversation with our King? If so, have it right now, where you are, he is just waiting to talk to you, and as the song says, I miss my time with you.

We can let all the worry of our nation falling, the coming economic collapse and fall of our nation and other nations, but even in this we can trust our King, and why? We can freely, at anytime have a one on one talk with our King.
