THE EU HAS CONTROL OF NET SEE THIS-AND MORE

IN this post I am showing a couple things. Things to think on, but never dwell on things that take your peace away.

I have said , many of us know, its like a play by play of a horror show. What else do you post, preach Jesus, and try to get someone to listen, heed, warning, wrath is on us, war,

grace with the saints, warning I hear the trumpet call. .

People getting vids pulled because they said anything below, if the title has it in it, You tube will not post it.

Next; Notice the slow internet?.

I have herd by emails from all over USA same thing.

Bottle necking, UN changes, as PIC shows.

Blog Spot=Google, the one that did the censoring of the internet for China, that google. Bottle necking, slow internet, its a global AT change being made, the pic, see, UN rules, and its just started.

This shows the UN is indeed controlling our internet. I.P., DNS, HTTP, all under UN now. Can kill it anytime for any reason, like a false cyber attack, or? the or? I have not seen the answer to.

The internet will very soon go down. The revolution, Can Not Be Televised. LOL.

You Tube Rules Hate Speech;

Hate speech

We encourage free speech and try to defend your right to express unpopular points of view, but we don't permit hate speech.

Hate speech refers to content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on certain attributes, such as:

race or ethnic origin
religion
disability
gender
age
veteran status
sexual orientation/gender identity

There is a fine line between what is and what is not considered to be hate speech. For instance, it is generally okay to criticize a nation-state, but not okay to post malicious hateful comments about a group of people solely based on their ethnicity.
Reporting hateful content

Keep in mind that not everything that’s mean or insulting is hate speech. If you’re upset by content that a specific person is posting, you may wish to consider blocking the user.

However, if you feel that content violates our hate speech policy, report it to YouTube for review in one of the following ways:

Flag the video : You may report hateful content that you think may violate our community guidelines by flagging the video.
File an abuse report : If you have found multiple videos, comments, or a user’s entire account that you wish to report, please visit our reporting tool, where you will be able to submit a more detailed report.

Reader, get ready, the internet war has started, and the internet will soon go down, sooner than we may think.
This is a call to Spiritual warfare.

'Paranoid' named word of the year by Cambridge Dictionary after political shake-ups of 2016

This is an amazing thing, word of the year, many say when you talk as a dooms day Prophet, or sound doctrine your paranoid. There has been an awakening in some countries, the USA is one. Alternative news, all going on, they are out of control. If your awake, this RT says your paranoid(RT news was good, now its commercial and no longer what it was.).

Read 1984 double speak, we are in that place right now in history, the defining moment of civilizations.

It will be hard, but we must have faith, the lord will see you through. PS Your not paranoid, your awake, and the lord loves you.

Network News, Not for Trump, but odd how the main stream media continues to use this to cause an uprising.

FYI- BREXIT,- it is not , and may never be a real law, in place. Did you know it is not law yet? We will see many< ?> question marks in the coming days. The lord says, 'Numerous, confusions, and questions will try to invade the body of Christ, No confusion, stand against it and have faith, Grace, mercy, truth, will see you through anything, even the holidays LOL.

Few would doubt that 2016 has been a roller-coaster year that's seen seismic shake-ups in global politics that defied expectations. And it's reflected in the language we've been using this year, as Caleb Maupin explains.

Another Look At A Dual Prophecy In Jer. PT 2 Another Truth And Warning To Those Who Say It Shall Not Be So

Jer 32:2  For then the king of Babylon's army besieged Jerusalem: and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the king of Judah's house.

Jer 32:3  For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it;

Jer 32:4  And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to mouth, and his eyes shall behold his eyes;

At the time of this prophecy Jer. was in the court prison, he was taken out of the cistern that would have killed him.

Note: prophets have always been treated this was and always will be. When Judgment is declared most do not want to hear it, it scares them, and they are not one of the lords. This King said, 'Why do you prophecy and say, Thus saith the lord, Behold, I will give into the hand of Babylon, and he shall take it'

The reason was because it was a true prophet declaring a true prophecy. He was no soothsayer as the other false prophets.

Next we read, the king will not escape and see the king of Babylon, mouth to mouth and eye to eyes.

This was completed as said. True prophecy that is predictive will always pan out. In the N.T. prophets, only know in part and prophesy in part, in the O.T. everything they said came to pass, or will shortly.

The one thing that is not in part, the one predictive fact is Judgment is coming, this we know. It is at the door, we have already been taken over, and we are already in the judgments. This message will not change, no matter who does not want to believe it.

It will, and could cost you your life, or imprisonment to declare Judgment on the West and esp. America, you will be chased down like an animal. I wrote before if it is not your time you will not be killed. If it is to glory you go.

You may be in a type of prison now, from non- believers that stay away from you, ministers laugh at you, those who have only a political or program agenda, and nothing else, it is all about the amount of people and the money. The famine of the word is in most Churches, this precedes the famine of food.

The holy remnant are not to be in fear. I do not know how many times I have said we are not to be in fear, I preached and wrote on the Christian Plague of fear, it still is growing, people are scared to death, Christian and non Christian and because everyone knows many things are wrong, and they see all the floods, earth quakes, storms , black outs of power and fear grips their heart. The reason the lord allows this is for the purpose of having people run to him for salvation.

We read later in the chapter  a truth , that we can claim, as one of Jehovah’s characters, but in this chapter the verse is saying I can do anything I choose.

Jer 32:27  Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

Jer 32:28  Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:

Nothing is to hard for the lord, he can, and will bring judgment no matter how powerful a nation may think it is, the lord can do anything, nothing is to hard for him and to us, this is also a comfort, as we that are his read these words as words of hope and comfort, I do not care how hard your situation seems, how impossible things look , nothing is to hard for our lord, and this includes his watchful eye, protection and sustenance even in famine.

We read in the mix of the doom, a good and sure word.

Jer 32:17  Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:

Jer 32:18  Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,

Jer 32:19  Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:

Jer 32:20  Which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a name, as at this day;

Verse 17, says again nothing is to hard for thee, in this context it speaks of  on going signs and wonders, the lords loving-kindness, that we do not deserve, He is great in counsel, mighty in work, his eye are on us.

Dear reader this plague of fear continues to spread and that is why I keep trying to teach we are not to fear what the pagans fear nor dread their dread, our rock is not like their rock, and what a rock we have. I am attempting once again to bring hope and truth to what is on us, in Judgment, we are not appointed to wrath, we are in faith and hope, as we read who the lord is.

To the unbelieving believers that are in do nothing apostate churches you will be unprepared, you will freak out, you will be paralyzed as you see with your eyes the judgments and the miracles, as said, the lord still speaks.
To many churches are just going about Church as if nothing is happening at all, this amazes me, yet it is still the majority, we are the minority, so be it.

If you cannot due to poverty, the lord himself will feed you in famine, seems impossible, nothing is impossible for our lord; nothing is too hard for him

It is time to get over your fear, get steady in the truth of the word and be ready, this is a red alert, it is now time to act, not sit, pray, and if you can put some food aside as very, very soon there will be none.

If you cannot due to poverty, the lord himself will feed you in famine, seems impossible, nothing is impossible for our lord; nothing is too hard for him

A Time To Do Nothing But Wait And Be Still

Psa 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Clarke:

Psalms 46:10

Be still, and know that I am God - הרפו harpu, Cease from your provocations of the Divine justice; cease from murmuring against the dispensations of his providence; cease from your labor for a season, that ye may deeply reflect on the severity and goodness of God - severity to those who are brought down and destroyed; goodness to you who are raised up and exalted: - cease from sin and rebellion against your God; let that disgrace you no more, that we may no more be brought into distress and desolation.

Know that I am God - Understand that I am the Fountain of power, wisdom, justice, goodness, and truth.

Barnes:

Psalms 46:10

Be still - The word used here - from רפה râphâh - means properly to cast down; to let fall; to let hang down; then, to be relaxed, slackened, especially the hands: It is also employed in the sense of not making an effort; not putting forth exertion; and then would express the idea of leaving matters with God, or of being without anxiety about the issue. Compare Exo_14:13, “Stand still, and see the salvation of God.” In this place the word seems to be used as meaning that there was to be no anxiety; that there was to be a calm, confiding, trustful state of mind in view of the displays of the divine presence and power. The mind was to be calm, in view of the fact that God had interposed, and had shown that he was able to defend his people when surrounded by dangers.

And know that I am God - See, in what I have done, the evidence that I am God. See a work accomplished which none “but” God could effect.

Spurgeon Psalms:

Psa_46:10

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Hold off your hands, ye enemies! Sit down and wait in patience, ye believers! Acknowledge that Jehovah is God, ye who feel the terrors of his wrath! Adore him, and him only, ye who partake in the protections of his grace. Since none can worthily proclaim his nature, let “expressive silence muse his praise.” The boasts of the ungodly and the timorous forebodings of the saints should certainly be hushed by a sight of what the Lord has done in past ages.

Hebrew Be Still:

H7503

רָפָה
râphâh
raw-faw'
A primitive root; to slacken (in many applications, literally or figuratively): - abate, cease, consume, draw [toward evening], fail, (be) faint, be (wax) feeble, forsake, idle, leave, let alone (go, down), (be) slack, stay, be still, be slothful, (be) weak (-en). See H7495.

H7495

רָפָה רָפָא
râphâ' râphâh
raw-faw', raw-faw'
A primitive root; properly to mend (by stitching), that is, (figuratively) to cure: - cure, (cause to) heal, physician, repair, X thoroughly, make whole. See H7503.

Beloved, I was out on the mission grounds late PM, seeking the lord in fervent prayer, his presence was so real, like a warm blanket covering me, the lord told me to do a study on this verse, and so I did. It gave great comfort. With the world being shaken and events out of control, it is a call to do nothing, but pray and believe the lord is who he said he is.

Trying to get prepared can bring with it the flesh, what we see, feel, think. It can bring anxious feelings, this is normal, but we do not need to be stuck in that place, The lord is king of all, king over everything that has to do with us today, and the days ahead.

I know , that I know, what is coming very soon. It can bring an uneasiness, why? It honestly is moving in the flesh man and not able to just sit at times , wait on the lord and know he is our refuge, the word refuge is used a few times in this short Psa. It talks about what we see today the birth pains .

The whole Psa. I will post .

Psa 46:1 To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Psa 46:2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

Psa 46:3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

Psa 46:4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

Psa 46:5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

Psa 46:6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

Psa 46:7 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Psa 46:8 Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

Psa 46:9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

Psa 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Psa 46:11 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

If that does not bring , hope, faith, encouragement , I do not know what will.

Clarke wrote something that leaped off the page;

.....cease from your labor for a season, that ye may deeply reflect on the severity and goodness of God.

That is hard for me, I have two schools, a few websites, and more, getting ready and prepping the best I can with nothing , the lord said, "Nothing:? I am everything, what do you mean nothing”? I had nothing to say, I just dropped to my knees and wept, repented and rested in his presence. Currently I am trying the fund raiser, getting the herbal school done and getting the word out, the 100% free bible college almost no one applying and I just get frustrated, the word for me, and maybe you is what Clarke said, cease from your labor for a season. That dos not mean close up shop, or close up your heart for your fellow man, it means stop, wait, have faith, hide in me, and watch what I can do, not man. This Psa, tells of the greatness of God, over our life, and over the birth pains as the seas are raging and the mountains are quaking.

This is not a call to laziness, or not ministering, it is a call for a season to simply do nothing but trust , esp, when it seems nothing is working out, little is happening, it is a call to faith and a call to Know, a knowing, full hearted knowing, our lord has everything under control.

If you have been upset, fearful, not knowing what to do, it may be the lord saying, do nothing at present and stand still and see the salvation of God. This is very hard for many of us, but it is a must in these times. No matter what, when, it is all in our lords hands, we can not do anything that would please God, nor make him love us anymore than he already does. He is the lord that knows every hair on our head and even every hair that falls to the ground, our hairs are numbered that is simply amazing.

I have been driven by, 'Redeem the time for the days of evil', the lord gave me a personal insight to this, I always thought it meant, pray hard, study hard, minister hard, time is running out, the lord said for me it means to properly redeem the time, make the best use of time, is to understand he is in control and to redeem the truth we are nothing, we can not work anything out, we must simply trust and obey, and be still, quiet,' in quietness and confidence is our strength'. A time for honest confidence in the lord, he is God, and we should have confidence in him, and who is is.

I must say , this is simple, it is corrective, but it also brought peace to my mind, and rest to my soul, I pray this does the same thing for you beloved, he is in control, we simply wait in faith, and wait in holy humble prayer.

God has EVERYTHING under control.
Think on this

Dinner Invitation
Proverbs 9:1-6

Pro 9:1-6 Wisdom has built her house, She has hewn out her seven pillars; (2) She has prepared her food, she has mixed her wine; She has also set her table; (3) She has sent out her maidens, she calls From the tops of the heights of the city: (4) "Whoever is naive, let him turn in here!" To him who lacks understanding she says, (5) "Come, eat of my food And drink of the wine I have mixed. (6) "Forsake your folly and live, And proceed in the way of understanding."

Let's begin today with the following excerpt just to give us a kind of picture of this mansion-or palace as it describes:
The Palace of Wisdom is very attractive; well-built and well furnished, it rings with the sounds of hospitality; and, with its open colonnades, it seems of itself to invite all passers-by to enter in as guests. It is reared upon seven well-hewn marble pillars, in a quadrangular form, With the entrance side left wide open. This is no shifting tent or tottering hut, but an eternal mansion, that lacks nothing of stability, or completeness, or beauty. Through the spacious doorways may be seen the great courtyard, in which appear the preparations for a perpetual feast. The beasts are killed and dressed: the wine stands in tall flagons ready mixed for drinking: the tables are spread and decked. The Expositor's Bible Commentary
As these 6 verses in the Proverbs are kind of poetic, or perhapd lyrical in nature I thought I would refer to a few excerpts which really bring these verses to life for us.
The banquet described in this chapter has some interesting parallels to the banquet Jesus described in one of his parables (Luk_14:15-24). Many may intend to go, but they never make it because they get sidetracked by other activities that seem more important at the time. Don't let anything become more important than your search for God's wisdom. Life Application Study Bible

Let's go to Luke:
Luke 14:16-24 But He said to him, "A man was giving a big dinner, and he invited many; (17) and at the dinner hour he sent his slave to say to those who had been invited, 'Come; for everything is ready now.' (18) "But they all alike began to make excuses. The first one said to him, 'I have bought a piece of land and I need to go out and look at it; please consider me excused.' (19) "Another one said, 'I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to try them out; please consider me excused.' (20) "Another one said, 'I have married a wife, and for that reason I cannot come.' (21) "And the slave came back and reported this to his master. Then the head of the household became angry and said to his slave, 'Go out at once into the streets and lanes of the city and bring in here the poor and crippled and blind and lame.' (22) "And the slave said, 'Master, what you commanded has been done, and still there is room.' (23) "And the master said to the slave, 'Go out into the highways and along the hedges, and compel them to come in, so that my house may be filled. (24) 'For I tell you, none of those men who were invited shall taste of my dinner.'"

The above verses in this parable closely paralell Proverbs 9:1-6 as we will show in a verse by verse breakdown in the Proverbs.

Christ and sin are both seeking to have the uppermost place in the soul of man. We are therefore concerned to put a value upon our own souls and to sit down at the rich feast provided at Wisdom’s table. There is no true wisdom but in the way of Christ and there is no true life but in the end of His way. Summarized Bible

Verse 9:1

Pro 9:1 Wisdom has built her house, She has hewn out her seven pillars;

In order to understand the context of this verse let's look up 3 words in the original Hebrew:
house:
בּית
bayith
bah'-yith
Probably from H1129 abbreviated; a house (in the greatest variation of applications, especially family, etc.): - court, daughter, door, + dungeon, family, + forth of, X great as would contain, hangings. home[born], [winter]house (-hold), inside(-ward), palace, place, + prison, + steward, + tablet, temple, web, + within (-out).
Notice the word "temple" in this definition; our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Seven:
שׁבעה שׁבע
sheba‛ shib‛âh
sheh'-bah, shib-aw'
From H7650; a primitive cardinal number; seven (as the sacred full one); also (adverbially) seven times; by implication a week; by extension an indefinite number: - (+ by) seven ([-fold], -s, [-teen, -teenth], -th, times). Compare H7658.

Pillar:
עמּד עמּוּד
ammûd ‛ammûd
am-mood', am-mood'
From H5975; a column (as standing); also a stand, that is, platform: - X apiece, pillar.

Let's analyze "7 pillars":
Seven pillars - The number is chosen as indicating completeness and perfection. God revealing Himself in nature, resting in His work, entering into covenant with human beings - these were the ideas conveyed by it. Barnes
Bible scholars have offered various suggestions about the meaning of these seven pillars (e.g., the six days of Creation and God’s seventh day of rest; or the sun, moon, and the five planets that were known at that time). It seems preferable to say the seven pillars suggest that the house was large and spacious. This is consistent with statements in Proverbs that relate wisdom to a high station in life. Bible Knowledge Commentary
Using these excerpts as a basis let's now look at what Gill says:
she hath hewn out her seven pillars; ministers of the Gospel, compared to pillars for strength and stability, and for their being instrumental in supporting the interest and church of Christ; in allusion to the pillars in Solomon's temple, Jachin and Boaz; see Gal_2:9. These are said to be "hewn", being polished, beautified, and adorned with the gifts and graces of the Spirit by Christ, and thereby fitted for their work and service; and said to be "seven", because there is a complete and sufficient number of them, which Christ has provided, and always will provide for his churches, as long as they continue in the world. Though it may be these seven pillars may denote in general the firmness and solidity of this spiritual building, the church, and the continuance of it by the power of God; or they may have respect to the seven states of the church in so many periods of time, to last to the end of all things, signified by the seven churches in the book of the Revelation; Gill

Her house has been prepared for her many guests. This is a picture of the beauty and stability of the church where her ministers may serve invited guests.
Heb 3:3-6 For He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by just so much as the builder of the house has more honor than the house. (4) For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. (5) Now Moses was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later; (6) but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house—whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.

Gal 2:9 and recognizing the grace that had been given to me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, so that we might go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.

Verse 9:2
Pro 9:2 She has prepared her food, she has mixed her wine; She has also set her table; (NASB)
In the King James:
Pro 9:2  She hath killed her beasts; she hath mingled her wine; she hath also furnished her table. (KJV)
In the NASB it says in this verse “she has prepared her food”. The Hebrew word for food is “something slaughtered”.
טבח
ṭebach
teh'-bakh
From H2873; properly something slaughtered; hence a beast (or meat, as butchered); abstractly butchery (or concretely a place of slaughter): - X beast, slaughter, X slay, X sore.
Isa 25:6 The LORD of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; A banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, And refined, aged wine.

By mingling her wine we mean to mix the wine with myrrh and other spices, sometimes the wine is diluted with water to make it more drinkable in the hot climate.
1Co 5:8 Therefore let us celebrate the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Here is a very informative excerpt from Gill:
She hath killed her beasts,.... Or, "her sacrifice" (d): a crucified Christ, the principal of the provisions in Wisdom's house, or the church of Christ. The death of Christ was prefigured by the slaying of beasts for sacrifice under the old law; was foretold in prophecy, and is expressed by "killing" him in the New Testament; and which shows his death not to be natural, but violent. It is commonly ascribed to the Jews as a wicked action of theirs; but was not without the counsel and determination of God, and the will and consent of Christ; and this death was as a victim to justice, by way of sacrifice and satisfaction for sin, and was vicarious; was offered up in the room and stead of his people, to make atonement for their sins;
The Gospel of Christ is also compared to wine, Son_7:9; to old wine, for the ancient doctrines of it; and to neat wine, for the purity of it; and to generous wine, for the pleasure, joy, and comfort it gives: the blessings of grace which it exhibits may be so called from their comforting and refreshing nature, which are had freely, Isa_55:1; and so are the joys of heaven, Mat_26:29. Now the "mingling" of this wine is in allusion to the mixture of wine, either with something richer, as spice, Son_8:2; or rather with water, as Jarchi observes, which was usual in those hot countries Gill

Verse 9:3
Pro 9:3  She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth upon the highest places of the city,

Note: arnes)
Wisdom and the “foolish woman” Pro_9:13 speak from the same places and to the same class - the simple, undecided, wavering, standing at the diverging point of the two paths that lead to life or death. Barnes
She sent out her maids to invite people to attend the dinner-from the highest point in the city. As they lacked communication devices, this location is where messages and invitations would be sent from. From this high point a message from the "foolish woman" was also sent out
Pro 9:13-14  A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, and knoweth nothing.  (14)  For she sitteth at the door of her house, on a seat in the high places of the city,
When we speak of women-both wise and foolish we are not making a gender specific statement. It is just a matter of prose.
...feminine attendants are in strict harmony with the rest of the apologue. By them are represented the apostles and preachers and ministers, who go forth to win souls for Christ. Pulpit

Mat 22:9 'Go therefore to the main highways, and as many as you find there, invite to the wedding feast.'

Maidens - Her servants to invite the guests, ministers of the word whom he calls maidens for the decency of the parable; for wisdom being compared to a great princess, was fit to be attended upon by maidens. Highest places - From such high seats as those from which judges delivered their sentences, and officers made proclamations. Wesley

Here is the entire point of verse 9:3:
John 7:37 Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.

Verse 9:4
Pro 9:4 "Whoever is naive, let him turn in here!" To him who lacks understanding she says,
Whoever is simple (naive) let him come in here.
Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither,.... Into Wisdom's house, so well built and furnished; the church of Christ, as a house of instruction; a school, where such who are "simple", weak, and foolish, may learn. Here are many instructors; saints instruct one another; ministers of the word are teachers; yea, Father, Son, and Spirit, here teach and instruct, and none teach like them. Here many lessons are to be learned concerning themselves, concerning Christ, and concerning their duty to God and men; all sorts of persons may learn here, such who know ever so much or ever so little. Gill

Pro 1:22 "How long, O naive ones, will you love being simple-minded? And scoffers delight themselves in scoffing And fools hate knowledge?

Pro 8:5 "O naive ones, understand prudence; And, O fools, understand wisdom.

As far as the education of the apostles is concerned, anyone who spent three years with the Lord Jesus Christ was not uneducated. They learned a great deal from the greatest Teacher the world has ever seen. And, of course, the apostle Paul was well educated in the schools of his day. No one could say that he was an ignorant man. Let's remember that wisdom is the Lord Jesus Christ, and He can give you a complete education. J Vernon McGee

From the Psalms:
Psa 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

Psa 119:130 The unfolding of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.

I talked at some length yesterday with a Brittish fellow who was well spoken, and well educated. He had not a clue about things "revealed to infants",
Mat 11:25 At that time Jesus said, "I praise You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants.

Verse 9:5
Pro 9:5 "Come, eat of my food And drink of the wine I have mixed.

Come, eat of my bread,.... Which stands for all the provisions of Christ's house; it designs the Gospel, which to a believer is more than his necessary food; and the ordinance of the supper, one of the symbols of which is bread; and more especially Christ himself, the bread of God, the living bread that came down from heaven, which is to be eaten by faith; and this only, for everything else is that which is not bread; and this daily, as the Israelites ate their manna; this is the believer's daily bread; and largely and freely, to which they are welcome by Christ; and with gladness and singleness of heart, joyfully and with sincerity; Gill
Christ gave bread and wine symbolic of His presence:
Mat 26:26-29 While they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, "Take, eat; this is My body." (27) And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you; (28) for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins. (29) "But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom."
Joh 6:58 "This is the bread which came down out of heaven; not as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread will live forever."
Joh 6:27 "Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal."
Verse 9:6
Pro 9:6 "Forsake your folly and live, And proceed in the way of understanding."

Forsake the foolish,.... Foolish men and their company; not men of weak abilities in things natural and civil, or who are reckoned foolish by the world; for so the saints are, whose company is not to be neglected and forsaken; but such who are wickedly foolish, who are ignorant of divine things, and make a mock at sin and at religion; such company is very unsuitable for Wisdom's guests; such as turn in to her house ought to forsake these; Gill
Pro 4:14-15 Do not enter the path of the wicked And do not proceed in the way of evil men. (15) Avoid it, do not pass by it; Turn away from it and pass on.

Here is the choice we must make:
Pro 13:20 He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will suffer harm.
Therefore:
Psa 26:4-6 I do not sit with deceitful men, Nor will I go with pretenders. (5) I hate the assembly of evildoers, And I will not sit with the wicked. (6) I shall wash my hands in innocence, And I will go about Your altar, O LORD,
There are those who will not hear. They are the scorners. There is no use wasting your time with them. In practically every church you will find a little group that will resist the Word of God. Are we to keep on giving the Word of God to them? No. The Lord Jesus said not to cast our pearls before swine. Now notice the next three verses. Some Bible expositors think they do not belong here, that they have been inserted. But, my friend, this is exactly where they do belong. McGee

Let's conclude today with this verse penned by Luke:

Act 2:40 And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation!"

The Problem of the Stone-by T. Austin-Sparks

NOTE: when reading this great old man of Gods writings they are not light, easy it takes a couple reads and contemplation, this one has all these, in 3 paragraphs read and see what I mean, powerful, reflective, true.

Reading: Mark 16:3-6. "They were saying: Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the tomb? ...for it was exceeding great".

This is one of those many human problems which have heavenly solutions. Let us look to see what this stone represented for those concerned.

The Disappointment of Expectations and Hopes

Firstly, it represented the disappointment of all their expectations and hopes. If they had been near when that great stone was rolled into position at the entrance to the tomb and if they had seen (as we are told elsewhere) the seal put upon it, they would have turned away, saying in their hearts, 'That is the end of all our expectations, that is the disappointing of all our hopes'. We know how two of the followers of the Lord went on a journey after that very time, and being interrogated as to the despair upon their faces and in their tones, they said, "We hoped that it was he who should redeem Israel" (Luke 24:21). For them all hopes for the redemption of Israel had gone with the closing of the tomb, and every expectation on which they had set their hearts was finished.

The Power of this World

Again, that stone represented the apparent triumph of the power of this world. The world had concentrated its power upon the One in that tomb and had seemingly triumphed. At that time the world had gained the day; all the evidence declared that its power had conquered.

The Spiritual Problem of Death

But more, that stone represented the terrible spiritual problem of death. Death is a great spiritual problem. I will not dwell upon that now; but in the presence of death you are confronted with tremendous problems, and are always asking all kinds of questions. There is about death such an utterness of helplessness, and demand for something that is beyond our giving. No one has ever come back from death to us personally, literally, to tell us anything of what we want to know. Death is always a tremendous mystery, and it was doubly so for those followers of the Lord; for they were not only perplexed by the general problem but also by the specific problem of His death. You can almost hear them inwardly asking questions. That He should die, that this should have happened to Him! What could it mean?

That stone really was a very great one, viewed from every angle. Indeed, it is true, that "it was exceeding great". And we have to enter as we can into the spirit of what we will call the negative side, the dark side, of its meaning before we can really appreciate the other side - that is, what the stone came to symbolize for them and for us all in Christ.

The Imminence of Another World

In the first place, it symbolized the imminence of another world than this one. That young man in his white robe - we read in another record that there were two in dazzling raiment, but here it says one - was a visitor from another world; and everything associated with this stone and its rolling away, as given in the four records that we have, speaks of the intervention of another world. It declares that this world, after all, is not all that we have to reckon with, or that death or men or our disappointments have to reckon with. There is another world entirely, in close touch with this one, and mightier than it, acting in relation to the purposes of God centred in His Son, and which can never, on any account, be swallowed up in a tomb. That entire other world is interested in this stone, in all the problems that are bound up with it in the hearts of true, sincere, simple, devoted followers of the Lord Jesus. The imminence of that world was gathered into this stone when it was rolled away, declaring that that world is very near and to be counted upon when God's eternal interests in His Son are at issue.

We do not know - for we have no evidence on which to work - but it would not be surprising if from time to time in after years they referred to it. 'You remember our great problem about the stone, how helpless we felt that morning, how utterly impotent, how every hope was gone; that stone represented for us an impasse, an impossible situation. But it was not there when we arrived on the spot! It was as simple as that! It is good to remember that God can do it like that'. There is another world so superior as to make of our problems nothing, as to dismiss the greatest causes of disappointment and despair as simply as though they had never been; to wipe them out so thoroughly that at one time we feel the situation to be utterly impossible and yet when we arrive on the spot there is no situation at all to be faced. Afterward that was how it seemed to those women. God is like that. That is our resource in a day when there is an exceeding great stone. Yes, the imminence of another world.

The Triumphant Power of Life Over Death

Further, that stone became the symbol of the mighty, triumphant power of life over death. We are so familiar with phrases like that that perhaps they have lost their point; but is not God constantly solving our problems along this very line? We are looking for things to happen, and yet all the time the power of His risen life is silently working and solving so many problems. We look back and remember how often we felt that we could not go on any longer, that we could not survive very much more, that we were at the end of our resources - the situation was really beyond us, and some tremendous thing had to happen.

The tremendous thing we expected did not happen. The fact is that we are going on today after many such an experience of trial and helplessness; we have quietly been kept going on, and we are going on; we are not yet submerged and overwhelmed and put out. That is the miracle of His Divine life silently solving the problem, dealing with so many things that seem to say, Death, an end! The power of His resurrection is the answer to many of our problems. We look for acts; He proceeds along the silent course of life, the mighty power of life overcoming death. "It was not possible" says the Word, "that he should be holden of it (death)" (Acts 2:24). They were saying, 'It is impossible for us to deal with this stone, this situation!' He was saying, 'It is not possible for death to hold Me'. There are two ways of viewing the impossible. Everything depends upon where you put the impossibility - on the thing or on God. The things which are not possible with men are possible with God (Matt. 19:26). And He answers these impossible things in the normal way - for it is the normal way; the abnormal would be by signs and wonders and extraordinary happenings:

demonstrations to our senses; but the normal way in the Christian life is the way of the continuous transcendence of His life over the working of death. That miracle is far more general than we recognize. You have to live your life and do your work in a sphere of spiritual death where everything is against spiritual life, and there is nothing to support you at all, and yet you go on there in the Lord, and are not swallowed up, engulfed and destroyed by that atmosphere and by those conditions. That is the miracle of Divine life working silently. Yours, then, is a life - as is the life of everyone - set in the presence of the great stone of death, spiritual death. We know it, and yet we are preserved alive spiritually and we go on. That is the great miracle. It is the miracle of every day. That is the testimony that God raised Him from the dead.

The Transcendence of Former Hopes

This stone became the symbol of the transcendence of all their former hopes. It was not that in the resurrection of the Lord Jesus their former hopes were resuscitated. Their hopes had to undergo a transformation, their expectations had to be greatly changed. The point is not just the raising of their hopes again with the rising of Christ, but the absolute transcendence of all the hopes that had been disappointed. They were looking for the temporal redemption of Israel: they had to see the redemption of Israel in another light.

In the resurrection of the Lord Jesus - or let me put it this way - in union with the risen Christ our hopes are far greater than all our worldly hopes. We may in His death have to lay our treasure in the dust, we may have to let go much that is very precious to us of hope and expectation and ambition and outlook. Our world may have to be placed with the stones of the brook (Job 22:24). In resurrection union with Christ something more is given back than what we formerly wanted. God is like that. You may say that is language and sounds very beautiful, but is it true? Well, I appeal to those of you who have any spiritual life and history at all.

You have doubtless gone through a time of deep and dark trial in which you have had to hand everything over - you have come to a crisis where you have had to place on the altar something that was very precious and let it go to the Lord. If the Lord has not given that back to you, have you not come into some spiritual wealth, some spiritual good, something more in a spiritual way that makes you say, 'Well, it was worth it!'? The answer of God through the Cross to all disappointed hopes and expectations is, and in the very nature of God must be, something more than that which was laid in the grave. It is the very principle of Christ risen.

He was a far greater Christ in resurrection than He was before - if I may put it like that without being misunderstood. He became universal and not local, spiritual and not limited by the physical. Yes, they would say that they had come into a greater Christ. He was not, of course, in actual fact a greater Christ. They had come into greatness that was always there, but which they had never before appreciated. It is the law of death and resurrection - always increase, always something more. One corn falls into the ground and dies, and many corns result. The transcending of former hopes comes that way - in the coming back again, but the coming back with something added. The stone which seemed at one time to say, 'there is nothing left' became the symbol of increase immensely greater than ever they had thought of.

Rebuke Unto Instruction

But with it all, that stone became the symbol of a rebuke, which is always, with the Lord, instruction. The Lord never rebukes in a dead way: He always rebukes instructively. I can imagine them saying to one another in their elation, 'Why did we spend all night preparing those spices? What were we up to, after all? We were going to anoint His dead body with our spices. Ours was a prospect of utter despair. We worked in unbelief'. If you work in unbelief it is always despair. They were rebuked by the stone rolled away. Very likely in after years, when they were contemplating a situation that was humanly very difficult or impossible, the reminder would come back to them - 'Remember the stone! Do not go down that street again; death is that way!' Thus the rebuke would be unto instruction.

And does not the Lord use our experiences like that? I am not saying that we never do go down that street again, and I am not saying that the Lord never allows us to come up against further impossible situations - He does; but in the second test we should derive something from the first, and in the third from the second, and so we go on building up. "God... delivered us out of so great a death, and will deliver: on whom we have set our hope that he will also still deliver us" (2 Cor. 1:10). We have learned something of Christ. Rebuke - and yet we need that rebuke. So often when difficulty arises we go down, we throw up our hands, we are overcome by it. We do not say, 'But remember, we were up against a difficulty once before, and the Lord saw us through, we did not go under'. We are slow to do that.

The Need for Subjective Exercise

What is it, then, to which this heads up? It is interesting, and I think it is instructive, to note that of the four Gospels Mark's is the only one in which the subjective exercise associated with this incident is mentioned. The other three only record the objective, the external, incidents of the resurrection. One says that there was a great earthquake and behold, an angel! John goes as far as to say that, coming to the tomb, Mary Magdalene "seeth the stone taken away from the tomb". But none of them mentions what Mark records - that they were questioning one with another as to who should roll away the stone. Here was subjective exercise. It amounts to this. Something has got to be done in us as well as for us. We want to proceed on the line of having things done for us, heaven intervening for us, our difficulties removed for us, having a straight path made for us. Heaven may be ready to come in, the Lord may be prepared to work for us, but it is not sufficient for Him - and it would not prove good enough for us - if that were all. The very principle of spiritual growth and maturity demands that He keeps the objective and the subjective balanced; that is, that something is done in us as well as for us.

It is the principle of the Cross again. He died for us - that is the objective. We died in Him - that is the subjective. Here are two sides in spiritual experience. He keeps the balance of things. We have to have this balance wrought in us, and to be delivered from this tendency of allowing our problems to obscure the Lord, this inveterate habit of ours of viewing the position merely objectively instead of saying, 'What does the Lord want to teach us about this? What does He want to do in us in this matter? There is something He is after in us.' He has something to do in us before He can do it for us. How often we have found that when we have come to a new position with the Lord, when the thing has been done in us, then there has been outward movement. So the mention of the subjective exercise suggests that we have to take this matter to our own hearts as something which requires a change in us. I am quite sure that is how they must have felt when they were able to sit down and go over it all again. 'We were terribly obsessed with our problem and were asking who could solve it for us. The Lord has made us to see that we must be inwardly different about these things, we must have a position of faith, of rest, over them, we must believe God.' We must gain inward ascendency over the stone before there is any ascendency to be known over it outwardly. The stone is really not outside of us in the first place. It is inside; it is in our faith, it is in our spirit, it is in our minds.

When the Lord moves for His own Son's sake, and has those interests governing, and when those interests have brought us into such a relationship with Him that we can say there is no stone so big to be removed, no problem so great for solving, no difficulty so intense, but the Lord will do what is necessary for His Son's sake - when we have come to a position like that, the Lord is free to do a lot of things very quietly. As we say, they just 'happen'. Ah, but they have been the objects of the exercise of exceeding great power - "There was a great earthquake" (Matt. 28:2). But here, in this aspect of the situation, it does not seem to be an earthquake at all. It has just happened. We must recognize that there is an aspect of activities in which the secret, quiet working of His immense power dismisses the greatest difficulties as though they had never existed. Sometimes He may bring us into the presence of the working of His power that is manifestly terrific, but not often and certainly not always. For faith it is more like this: there is such power at work as to make possible the setting aside of the obstacle very quietly, so that we afterward wonder - "And they were amazed". And the angel said, "Be not amazed". It is good to have amazement, but let us recognize that a certain amount of our amazement is because we have not sufficient faith.
